You’ll Make a Difference By
- Lead and coordinate the timely development of cost estimates and proposals for Fire Life Safety projects.
- Perform project take-offs and quantify equipment, devices, and materials from bid documents.
- Interpret specifications, sequence of operations,



and customer requirements to determine system design and project scope.
- Develop Bills of Material (BOM), Scope of Work (SOW), network riser diagrams, and complete technical documentation.
- Design and recommend Fire Alarm, Fire & Smoke Detection, Audible/Visual Notification, Suppression, and Mass Notification systems in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and provide alternative code-compliant system designs.
- Prepare and coordinate subcontractor bid packages and collaborate with procurement teams to obtain competitive pricing.
- Source and evaluate quotations from external vendors for ancillary products and services.
- Prepare final customer proposals, including technical and commercial content.
- Partner closely with sales and operations teams to address technical, commercial, and pricing inquiries.
