Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap, requirements, development, launch and adoption
Duties and Responsibilities
- Write detailed product use cases, define customer journeys through mock-ups, workflows and charts
- Own what you are building - Running edge cases, testing products proactively and measuring success metrics regularly
Major Challenges
- Ensuring timely completion of deliverables when requirements are changing
- Managing user expectations of the business/product teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualifications
- Graduate Mandatory
- Post Graduate is not mandatory but preferred
b)Work Experience
- 3-5 years as a product manager/business analyst in BFSI
- Experience in payments/mobile app or web is an added advantage
