About StockGro

Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded and just closed a massive Pre-Series A fundraise. We are backed by some of the respected investors - Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, Creed Capital, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels.

Design - Design and own scalable, low-latency backend services from the ground up for various Financial Instruments. Make deliberate tradeoffs between performance, reliability, and speed of delivery.
- Technical Leadership
- Set engineering standards, conduct design reviews, and raise the technical bar across the team - in code, architecture, and process.
- Execution
- Drive projects end-to-end with a bias for speed. Run quick experiments with product and design, then scale what works.
- Engineering
Culture - Mentor engineers, build a culture of ownership, and make the team around you better.
