Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the annual brand strategy for Chinese Wok, Big Bowl, and future brands within the portfolio.
- Build and position existing brands as category leaders while successfully launching and nurturing new brands.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Marketing Planning & Campaign Management
- Create and manage the annual marketing and media calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development, from consumer insight generation and creative briefing to production, launch, and performance evaluation.

Consumer Insights & Communication
- Develop holistic communication strategies based on consumer behavior, emerging needs, and relevant consumption occasions.
- Drive impactful storytelling and brand messaging that enhances consumer engagement and brand relevance.




- Conduct concept testing and optimize campaigns based on consumer feedback and performance metrics.

Digital, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Own and drive the social media strategy across the brand portfolio.
- Build and manage influencer and creator-led marketing programs to improve brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with agencies and content creators to deliver compelling digital-first campaigns.

Media Planning & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute 360-degree media plans aligned with brand and growth objectives.
- Optimize media investments across traditional, digital, and emerging channels to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.

Occasion & Festival Marketing
- Leverage key festivals, cultural moments, and consumption occasions to drive frequency, trial, and customer engagement.
- Create creative promotional and thematic campaigns to strengthen bran
