Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The candidate should ensure high-quality workmanship while following all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.
- Cut, grind, drill, and prepare metal components for fabrication.
- Perform TIG and Arc welding as required.
- Fabricate machine frames, conveyors, tanks, platforms, and other metal structures.
- Measure and inspect fabricated parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as welding machines, cutting machines, grinders, and drilling machines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Report material shortages, defects,



or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety procedures and use PPE at all times.

Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant experience in welding and fabrication.
- 2–5 years of experience in fabrication and welding.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of different welding processes and metal fabrication techniques.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS) fabrication.
- Good measuring and layout skills.
- Ability to complete work within deadlines.
- Experience in fabrication of packaging machines, conveyors, hoppers, machine frames, and industrial equipment will be preferred.
