We are expanding globally and we are looking for a Finance leader to drive our growth.

We need an experienced DGM/GM of Finance who understands the complexities of manufacturing and is ready to lead our financial strategy across borders. We aren't just looking for someone to manage the numbers—we need a leader who can help us build, scale, and optimise our global footprint.

Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Control:
Lead end-to-end accounting, reporting, budgeting, and treasury.
- Business Partnering:
Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to optimize profitability and KPIs.
- Strategic Projects:
Drive digital transformation, ERP upgrades, and business restructuring.
- Leadership:
Mentor teams and oversee global financial governance and compliance.

Key Deliverables
- Accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Effective budgeting and forecast accuracy.
- Improved EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital performance.
- Solid statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Robust internal control environment.




- Successful execution of strategic transformation projects.
- ERP and digital finance implementation milestones achieved.
- Enhanced financial governance and business decision support.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- MBA (Finance) or CMA will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Finance Controller, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Leadership role.
- Experience in the automotive, auto component, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is essential.
- Proven experience in plant finance, costing, budgeting, treasury, taxation, compliance, ERP implementation, and business transformation.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
