Job Title: Market Unit Manager ( Industrial Solution)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership and direction to the respective market unit through aligned objectives. Motivates team for successful execution of strategies and plans.
2. Solid knowledge on customer s business including strategy, size, products, key decision makers, organization, current initiatives and pain points.
3. Develop by leveraging on appropriate Caldic resources including Marketing team and others, mid to long terms Account Plans. Grow sales in various business segments of the customer.
4. Take ownership and accountability for implementing Account Business Plans. Leverage internal system for information related to call planning, customer identification and contacts management, account strategy and planning and customer needs follow up.
5. Drive and develop solid multi-layer relationships with the customer and actively drive our internal stakeholder relationship with customers at all levels (top-to-top engagement).
6. Establish and maintain customer intelligence,



proactively keep abreast of customer s organization updates and changes.
7. Drive customer solution activities such as opportunity management, Customer/Innovation/Guru Days, product demonstration, joint sales calls and sample management.
8. Meet or exceed sales growth, gross margin, pipeline and other business goals. Manage sales forecasting and DSO.

Job Requirements Competencies
- Bachelor s degree in business, B. tech, science or related qualification
- Minimum 8 years in the Chemical industry or related industry with at least 2 years or more experience in management roles.
- Good leadership skills and able to lead dynamic teams to deliver stretched goals. Able to motivate and align direction, set priorities and objectives to drive results.
