Production Coordinator
to join our Production team and ensure smooth coordination of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules.
- Plan and monitor production orders based on customer requirements and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams for seamless workflow.
- Track production progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure on-time completion.
- Maintain production planning records, work orders, and daily production reports.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, components, and consumables before production starts.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with the Purchase department for procurement.
- Prepare MIS reports related to production status, machine utilization, and pending orders.
- Support production meetings and follow up on action items.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of production planning and coordination.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software (preferred).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
