Role & responsibilities

We are currently hiring for a strategic leadership position, Country Head, for one of our international locations in Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, or South Africa).

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and scale the AI business in the assigned country while driving enterprise AI consulting, executive AI workshops, AI transformation initiatives, and strategic partnerships with enterprises, governments, and universities.

Key areas of focus include:
• Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI Transformation
• Enterprise AI Consulting and Solution Architecture
• Executive AI Training and CXO Workshops
• Business Growth, P&L; Ownership, and Strategic Partnerships
• Building and Scaling AI Consulting Practices

We are seeking professionals with 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, or AI leadership, along with hands-on expertise in modern AI technologies.

The position is based in Africa, and relocation from India will be supported.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Experience

• 1015+ years of experience in Technology, Digital Transformation, AI Consulting, Enterprise Solutions or IT Services. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and up-to-date AI technologies. • Proven experience in enterprise consulting, solution architecture and executive stakeholder management. • Strong corporate training and executive facilitation experience. • Excellent business development, consulting, communication and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to build AI demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and enterprise AI solutions.

Hands-on AI Tools (Preferred) Hands-on experience with several of the following technologies is preferred:

ChatGPT • Claude • Gemini • Microsoft Copilot • GitHub Copilot • Cursor • Perplexity • NotebookLM • LangChain
