4. Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams of developers.
5. Solid track record of delivering
enterprise-scale projects
across domains such as
CRM, Healthcare, Real Estate, Sales, Warranty Management, HRMS, and Performance Management Systems

6. Integration experience with third-party platforms and custom APIs.
7. Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
and tools like
Jira
for project execution.
