Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Noida, designed for freshers and aimed at supporting diversity hiring. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, supporting lead generation, and assisting in building a robust sales pipeline for logistics and freight forwarding services. The individual will engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, present service offerings,



and coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotes and proposals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking follow-ups, and contributing to market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends. The role also requires collaboration with operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients and to support long-term relationship building.

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams, including strong spoken and written English skills.
- Interest in sales and business development activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain concepts.
