Must Have's
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Your Day
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to improve product usability.
- Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Partner with the marketing and product teams to support website, app, and branding design initiatives.
