We're looking for a Head Chef who treats the kitchen like their own restaurant, someone who can run a tight pass at 7am, sweet-talk a vendor into a better price by 9am, plate something that makes a guest stop scrolling their phone by 1pm, and still have the energy to train the newest commis by evening. This isn't a role for someone who wants to hide in a back kitchen executing someone else's SOPs forever. You'll own the menu, the guest experience, the P&L; conversations, the vendor relationships, and the team.

What you'll actually be doing ?
- Cook up the vision

Design menus and signature dishes that make people say "wait, this is airport hotel food?" Develop recipes, nail the plating, keep quality consistent whether it's a solo business traveler at midnight or a leisure guest.
- Run the kitchen like it's yours

Staff scheduling, training, performance,



you build the team and the culture. Keep hygiene and food safety airtight (because no amount of flavor makes up for a health code violation). Standards that hold up every single day, not just on inspection day.
- Play the numbers game like a pro

Inventory that doesn't leak money. Vendors who respect you enough to give you the good stuff first. Food costs and waste kept in check because great chefs know the kitchen is also a business, and you're the one steering it.
- Create moments, not just meals

Team up with hotel leadership on standout dining experiences, banquets, and events that get talked about. Use guest feedback and the data to keep sharpening what's on the plate and what's driving revenue.
