Role Description
The Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting,



and cash flow management to support the firm’s operations and growth. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, preparing management reports, ensuring accurate accounting records, and maintaining compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements. The role will also involve coordinating audits, managing relationships with banks and external partners, and supporting the design of productive financial processes and controls. The Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership and advisory teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Qualifications
