Role Overview
We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead our Hyderabad tax team, providing professional guidance and support, including technical tax training, preparing and conducting detailed-review of tax return and provision workpapers for US federal, state and US/International tax deliverables.



The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of US federal and state income tax, exceptional analytical skills, a keen attention to details, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role involves leading the local tax team across various areas, including tax compliance, tax provision, international tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax. Interest and experience in process automation and transformation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
US/Intl’ Compliance
- Lead, train, and mentor Hyderabad based tax team, providing technical income tax training as well as professional and career development support.
- Oversee and review US federal and State tax return workpapers, tax returns, tax provision workpapers (including FIN48), US/international inputs such as GILTI, FDII, and FTC and quarterly estimated federal and state tax calculations as well payment processing.
- Prepare complex tax analyses and workpap
