We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the right IT upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT training programs.
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding career opportunities.
- Build trust with leads through a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Follow up regularly with prospective candidates to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and update sales activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.




- Coordinate with the counselling, operations, and training teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with students and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
