Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Telecalling Sales role based in Chandigarh, India. The Telecalling Sales professional will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to introduce surgical products and medical devices, explain product features and benefits, and respond to basic inquiries. The role includes maintaining call records, updating customer information in the system, and following up on leads to support order generation and customer retention.
The individual will coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and timely resolution of customer issues. The position also involves meeting daily and weekly call targets, sharing feedback from customers, and supporting promotional campaigns as needed.
