Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions including software development, cloud services, SaaS platforms, infrastructure solutions, and managed IT services.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal submission, and requirement gathering to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends,



competitor activities, market demands, and emerging technologies to identify recent business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, MIS reports, and CRM updates for management review.
- Support and mentor junior sales and business development team members to improve overall team performance.
- Prepare business proposals, commercial agreements, capability presentations, and strategic business growth plans.

Skills Required:
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Corporate Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, strategic business growth, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
