Role Description
The Spanish Teacher role at WinQuest Online is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering engaging online Spanish instruction to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching live or recorded lessons, developing and adapting instructional materials, and assessing student progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback. The teacher will provide individualized support, including tutoring sessions as needed,



and maintain clear communication with students and guardians through the learning platform. The role also involves participating in occasional curriculum review, staying informed about best practices in language teaching, and contributing to a positive, inclusive online classroom environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Spanish Teaching and general Teaching skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Tutoring and providing individualized academic support.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish, with the ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and cultural topics clearly.
