Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager / HR Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness, performance culture, and people processes in a quick-growing organization. The ideal candidate should have experience partnering with leadership teams, implementing scalable HR processes, and driving employee engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to drive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen a high-performance culture focused on ownership and accountability.
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and people processes.
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
- Lead onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
- Establish review mechanisms and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.




- Coach and support managers on people management and employee relations.
- Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 712 years of relevant experience in HRBP, People Operations, Organizational Development, or Culture Transformation.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in building HR processes in high-growth organizations.
