Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business verticals.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Drive offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates in the ATS.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and achieve recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
