Job: Performance Marketer

Hibiscus Monkey is a fast-growing, science-backed D2C skincare brand based in Mumbai. We sell across our own website and key marketplaces including Nykaa, Amazon India, Blinkit, and Zepto. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to own paid advertising and listing SEO across our marketplace channels someone who has actually built campaigns, not just reported on them.

Key responsibilities:
- Marketplace Advertising: Own end-to-end campaign management across Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) and marketplace ad platforms — from campaign architecture and keyword strategy to bid management and TACoS optimization.
- Listing SEO & Catalog: Optimize product titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, and brand store across Nykaa and Amazon to improve organic discoverability and conversion rates.
- Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics — TACoS, ROAS, organic rank, CVR, and unit economics — and deliver weekly insights with transparent action items.
- Campaign Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on creatives,



keywords, bids, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Meta & Google Ads (Secondary): Support performance campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads where relevant to D2C website traffic and customer acquisition.
- Quick Commerce & New Channels: Extend performance marketing thinking to emerging platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) as their ad ecosystems develop.
- Budget & P&L; Ownership: Manage advertising budgets with a clear understanding of contribution margins, ensuring ad spend translates to profitable growth, not just topline.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the creative and content team to brief, review, and iterate on ad assets. Coordinate with the ecommerce ops team on listing hygiene and availability.
