Role Description
The Production Supervisor is a full-time on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor. This role includes monitoring workflow, assigning tasks to production teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and delivery standards. The Production Supervisor will coordinate production schedules, track material and resource usage, and resolve issues that may impact timelines or output. They will collaborate with engineering, quality,



and maintenance teams to optimize processes and reduce downtime. The role also involves coaching team members, supporting performance improvements, and maintaining clear communication with management on production status and key metrics.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, leadership, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to develop and manage production schedules, with experience in capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in production planning and production management to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide explicit instructions to production staff.
- Experience in mechanical fabrication, HVAC-R, or related manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
