Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in:
- Service Sales, Business Development, or Aftermarket Sales
- LV/MV Switchgear industry
- Electrical distribution and industrial automation solutions
- Experience managing regional/business development teams
- Exposure to Eastern Zone markets (West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Assam, Northeast) preferred
- Protection systems and electrical safety
- Industrial Automation products and solutions
- Retrofitting and panel upgradation opportunities
- Digital retrofit solutions and connected electrical assets
Commercial Skills
- Service sales (Retrofitting & Modernization)
