You will be trained on our in-house SaaS tool, Hirenext, to manage bulk hiring efficiently. We are looking for individuals eager to learn, adapt to new technologies, and develop strong communication skills. This role is based in our Gurgaon office and requires immediate joining. Successful candidates will undergo a three-month paid traineeship, with a job offer contingent upon passing basic assessments.
Responsibilities

- Learn and implement modern recruitment strategies using AI tools.
- Utilize the Hirenext SaaS platform for productive bulk hiring.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills and communication abilities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies and trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and efficiency.
