Job Description

We need a designer who does not need hand-holding. You should have a strong, proven portfolio, a sharp eye for modern aesthetics, and the ability to grasp briefs quickly without constant back-and-forth. This role requires a mix of high-level creative concepting—including brand identity and logo design—and fast-paced digital execution.

Crucial to this role: We expect you to leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, stable diffusion, etc.) to speed up your workflow, generate concepts, and deliver high-quality work efficiently.





Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Logo Design: Create stunning, professional brand identities, logos, and vector assets from scratch.
- Digital & Social Assets: Design high-converting social media graphics, website banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- AI Integration: Actively use AI design and prompting tools to accelerate brainstorming, asset creation, and execution.
- Basic Video & Motion: Assist in basic video editing and motion graphics to create engaging short-form video content.
- Concept Ownership: Bring your own ideas to the table. We want a creator, not just an executor who waits for instructions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are hit without compromising on quality.
