Finance Transformation Managers
to drive finance transformation, ERP modernization, digital finance, and AI-enabled consulting initiatives.

Location- Mumbai and Gurugram

Level- Manager and Associate Director

Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation and process optimization across R2R, P2P, O2C, project accounting, costing, asset management, reporting, data governance, and cash flow forecasting.
- Design future-state finance processes aligned with ERP best practices, including Chart of Accounts, enterprise structures, and functional blueprinting.
- Implement digital finance solutions such as close management, reconciliation, revenue recognition, reporting, and AI-enabled finance automation.




- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on large-scale transformation programs.

Required Skills
- Finance Transformation & Agile delivery
- Solid knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A;, Treasury & Product Costing
- SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
- Finance Systems Transformation / EPM experience
- Digital Finance, AI & Automation exposure
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
- Global client/stakeholder experience (preferred)
