Role Description
The Communication Trainee internship is a remote role focused on supporting internal and external communication activities. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing written content such as announcements, updates, and short articles aligned with Digistall’s mission. The trainee will assist in preparing press releases, coordinating strategic communication initiatives, and maintaining consistent messaging across digital channels.



Responsibilities also include supporting internal communications by helping organize information for team members, preparing meeting notes, and contributing to newsletters or internal updates. This internship provides hands-on experience in communication within a mission-driven e-commerce and technology context.

Qualifications
- Solid general Communication and Internal Communications skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to support Strategic Communications initiatives and contribute to planning and structuring key messages.
- Proficiency in Writing, including drafting concise, audience-focused content for various channels.
- Interest or experience in creating Press Releases and supporting media or public-facing communication.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional local languages are an advantage.
