Job Summary:

The Technical Program Manager (Tech PM) or Tower CAO is responsible for providing leadership and guidance for planning, organization, direction and control of the Accounting and Fund Administration tower under Global Engineering. This role is responsible for the oversight of multiple technology unit functions,



confirming to the overall enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

Support the Business Unit for the development, implementation, and communication of the overall strategy to meet both the unit's and the corporation's strategic plan.

Oversees, plans, and directs the activities for the unit, ensuring that resources are available to accomplish the business objectives.

Aligned with the business unit and responsible for strategy, finance, HR and reporting of IT related activities while ensuring appropriate resources are brought in to fill various needs of the business unit.
