Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D interior visualizations and renderings.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Assist in space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and electrical layouts.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are execution-ready.
- Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback.
- Support site visits and on-ground coordination whenever required.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
or
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and portfolio matter more than years of experience.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (any rendering software)
- Photoshop (Preferred)
- Good understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of materials and finishes.
- Site handling or execution experience is an added advantage.
