Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and pitch logistics services to potential corporate clients (shippers).
Carrier Negotiation:
Source reliable transportation carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates to maximize profit margins.
Relationship Management: Maintain solid daily communication with both clients and carriers to ensure service reliability.
Operations Coordination: Track shipments, provide real-time updates to customers, and resolve transit issues efficiently.
Target Achievement: Work closely with management to meet daily activity goals and monthly business development targets.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Education: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 0–1 year (Complete freshers with a drive to learn are welcome).
