Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, logs, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in industrial construction or pre-engineered building industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of concrete structures, structural engineering, survey management, and industrial construction practices.
- Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD for design purposes.
