Job Summary

We are looking for a Kitting Technician with 2–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, or kitting operations within a manufacturing setting. The role involves accurate material identification, BOM verification, material picking, kitting, inventory control, ERP transactions, and ensuring timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and pick materials as per Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare and issue production kits accurately and on time.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO practices.
- Perform ERP transactions for material issues, returns, and stock movements.
- Support cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Maintain material traceability, documentation, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, SCM,



and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / PUC / Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores, Inventory, Kitting, or Production Support.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally/ERPNext and MS Office.
- Preferred experience in Electrical Panel Board, Switchgear, or Industrial Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
