Hiring: Head – BESS Product Design

We are looking for an experienced
Head – BESS Product Desig
n to lead the end-to-end development of our next-generation Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and technology roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end BESS product design, including battery systems, PCS integration, EMS, HVAC, fire protection, containers, and system architecture.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, standardization, and design for manufacturing.
- Manage product validation, testing, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Projects, and Sales.




- Build and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of engineering experience with significant expertise in BESS, renewable energy, power electronics, or battery systems.
- Solid leadership experience in product development, system integration, and commercialization.
