About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused
Blue-Collar Recruiter
to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and volume hiring requirements across industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Warehousing, FMCG, Construction, E-commerce, and Facility Management.

The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to close positions within aggressive timelines while maintaining a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline workforce hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, referrals, consultants, local networks, NGOs, ITIs, vocational institutes, and social media.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a strong database of active blue-collar candidates.
- Handle bulk hiring drives and walk-in recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
- Coordinate with operations and clients to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality of hires.

Required Skills
- Experience in blue-collar or volume hiring.
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi and local language preferred).
- Experience using Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Communities, and local sourcing channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment trackers.
