We are looking for an Ads & Growth Manager to drive revenue growth across Quick Commerce and Marketplace channels through a combination of performance marketing, analytics, and AI-driven automation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a growth-focused qualified who can own ad-led revenue and GMV growth across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, while also managing Flipkart advertising initiatives.

This is a strategy + execution role where you will be responsible for scaling growth, optimizing advertising efficiency, and leveraging AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Own ad-attributed revenue and GMV growth across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Manage end-to-end Quick Commerce advertising campaigns including Sponsored Ads, Search Ads,



Banner Campaigns, and Promotional Activities.
- Drive key business metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, Share of Voice (SOV), and revenue growth.
- Develop keyword strategies, bid optimization plans, budget allocation frameworks, and campaign scaling initiatives.
- Manage Flipkart Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Product Listing Ads (PLA).
- Plan and execute platform sale events and promotional campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier to improve campaign efficiency and reporting.
- Build automated reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Conduct continuous experimentation across creatives, keywords, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with category, operations, and supply teams to ensure inventory availability and maximize advertising efficiency.
