THE CHANCE
We are looking for a Senior Director of Delivery who is equally at home driving strategy in front of senior leadership and rolling up their sleeves alongside the team when the work demands it.
This is a player-coach role for a delivery executive with the operational depth to mature a high-performing engineering organization and the executive presence to represent it credibly across the enterprise.
This leader will anchor our global delivery practice, connecting portfolio prioritization, capacity management, and squad delivery into a single, coherent operating model. They will be a full partner in how FOX DTC makes decisions, sequences work, and ships product, bringing a builder's mindset and a bias toward AI-enabled solutions to everything they build.
