Finance Head
to lead the finance function of a fast-growing biscuit manufacturing company with multiple production units.
In this role, you will guide the company's financial strategy, improve profitability, control costs, manage compliance, and support business growth. You will work closely with the Managing Director, plant teams, auditors, banks, and government departments.

Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
- Lead the Finance and Accounts function across multiple manufacturing units.
- Develop financial plans that support business growth.
- Improve profitability through better financial control and cost management.
- Support business decisions with financial insights.
- Build strong financial systems and internal controls.
Manufacturing Finance
- Monitor manufacturing costs across all plants.
- Prepare and manage product costing.
- Track raw material usage, wastage, and production efficiency.
- Improve inventory control and stock valuation.
- Review plant-wise and product-wise profitability.
Budgeting & Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and business plans.
- Monitor budget performance and explain variances.
- Prepare financial forecasts.
- Present MIS reports and management dashboards.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with GST and Income Tax regulations.
- Handle GST returns, assessments, notices, and audits.
- Coordinate tax planning with consultants.
