We are seeking a QA Engineer (Senior) responsible for designing and executing test plans, performing various testing activities, and ensuring product quality. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, defect management, adherence to data privacy standards, and contribution to process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with programmers, project managers, and data analysts to ensure quality and accuracy of feature implementations.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on business logic and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in survey testing.




- Mentor new QA team members and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance (QA) and automation as well.
- Experience in manual testing of business and analytics applications.
- Strong understanding of data validation, data quality processes, and ETL testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and database validation.
- Experience in test case and test scenario creation.
- Experience working with data-intensive applications and large datasets.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and test execution.
- Ability to validate analytics and reporting UIs, including sorting, filtering, chart data, and data accuracy checks.
- Experience with Playwright automation testing.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable automation code in Java or Python.
