Creators YugTM is a quick-growing Influencer Marketing & Talent Management agency, collaborating with leading brands and creators across categories.

We’re looking for a
Talent Manager / Talent Executive

who can manage creators, build brand connections, and drive successful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and onboard relevant creators/influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand requirements
- Reach out to brands, initiate conversations, and explore collaboration opportunities for our creator pool
- Pitch creators to brands with proper profiling, content ideas, and campaign alignment
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators including brief sharing, deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Coordinate between brands and creators to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely deliveries




- Follow up with brands for approvals, feedback, negotiations, and deal closures
- Track ongoing collaborations and ensure quality, deadlines, and campaign goals are met

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience of 1-2 years into the same profile or into influencer marketing.
- Interest in influencer marketing / talent management
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Proactive and responsible approach

Preferred:
- Prior experience in influencer marketing (Mandatory)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and conversations
