Role Description
The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.



This position involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process by understanding their academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial considerations, and recommending suitable online and distance degree programs. The counselor will conduct consultations via calls, in-person meetings, and digital channels, explain eligibility criteria and program details, and provide explicit information on fees and university accreditation. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, following up with inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality, non-pressurized counseling experience. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve counseling processes, contributing to outreach initiatives, and upholding Degree Drishti’s standards of transparency and student-centric support.
