? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, and other digital platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting for improved ROI.
- Set up and manage
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel,



Google Ads Conversion Tracking
, and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices.

✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years
of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Robust expertise in
