Job Purpose
The function of the Project Lead- Project Engineering is to plan, coordinate,



and help execute the Design plan in support of the product development process for the Small Tractor Utility Light platform. He is responsible for managing periodic project reviews with KPI's, budget status, and management status reviews in line with GPD Guidelines & Process.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Release Plan finalization and its execution: He will be responsible for Design Release Plan and its execution.
- Product Requirement Document updates and monitoring: He will be responsible for updating PRD document periodically and aligning with Platform.
- Product Integration Requirement follow-ups: He will be responsible for PIR execution plan for any issues observed in the product during execution of tests / builds and then follow-up for the activities till closure of PIR.
- Reports / updates to management / Platform: He will be responsible for attending Platform meetings and will be making pro
