Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director – Program Management with a strong background in managing large, complex digital transformation programs within the Government/Public Sector ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with senior government stakeholders, consulting teams, technology partners,



and cross-functional delivery teams to successfully execute mission-critical initiatives.

This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong program governance capabilities, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Define program strategy, implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and execution plans.
- Drive program delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Establish governance mechanisms to monitor program health, risks, and performance.

Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage relationships with senior government officials, client leadership, implementation partners, and internal leadership teams.
