PPC Team Lead

with proven expertise in managing and scaling paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
client communication, taking client calls, and leading a team

to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook Ads

, and other ad platforms.
- Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

to enhance campaign performance.
- Create compelling
ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

for high conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure
maximum ROI

.
- Manage
budgets effectively

, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Implement
A/B testing strategies

for creatives, bidding, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest
trends, updates, and best practices

in digital advertising.
- Provide
regular client reports

with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.




- Communicate with clients directly

via calls and meetings, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of PPC executives towards achieving campaign goals.
- Collaborate with
SEO, content, and design teams

to align PPC campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in
managing PPC campaigns

on Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
- Prior experience in
handling client calls and communication

is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of
keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies

.
- Proficiency in tools like
Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager

.
- Experience with
A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and analytics interpretation

.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

.
- Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
