Educational Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or
- Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) or
- Master’s Degree in Commerce (M. Com/MBA) with specialization in Finance/Accounting from a recognized

University.

Professional Experience :
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance and Accounts.
- At least 5 years in a senior managerial position in a University, Higher Educational Institution, or a reputed

Corporate Organization.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance, audit management, taxation, ERP

systems, and regulatory reporting is essential.
- Experience in higher education finance and UGC regulatory compliance will be preferred
