About the Role

We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular)
to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade applications in the
Supply Chain Financing
domain. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support invoice discounting, invoice factoring, and working capital solutions for enterprise customers.

While hands-on experience with Java and Angular is important, we place even greater emphasis on
strong learning ability, communication skills, and ownership
. We are open to mentoring candidates with the right attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular.
- Build and consume REST APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.




- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work independently while managing assigned tasks and timelines.

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in
Java
.
- Experience with
Angular
for frontend development.
- Valuable understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, and web technologies.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in
product-based companies
(strongly preferred).
- Exposure to
FinTech
, Banking, or Financial Services domains is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise application development and microservices is advantageous.
- Candidates from companies like
ThoughtWorks
or similar product engineering organizations are highly valued.
