Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Youtube Content Creator role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work from home. The Youtube Content Creator will plan, script, and record educational video content aligned with the platform’s curriculum and learner needs. Daily tasks include researching topics, developing explicit explanations, creating engaging visuals or presentations, and collaborating on video formats and series concepts. The role also involves basic video editing,



optimizing titles and descriptions for search, and coordinating with the team to maintain a consistent publishing schedule. The creator will monitor audience feedback and analytics to refine content style, improve clarity, and support learner success.

Qualifications
- Ability to research academic and exam-related topics and convert them into clear, structured explanations suitable for self-studying learners.
- Strong presentation, spoken communication, and on-camera presence, with the ability to engage audiences in a simple and relatable manner.
- Basic to intermediate skills in video recording and editing using common tools (e.g., OBS, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software).
- Familiarity with YouTube best practices, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content optimization.
- Organizational skills to plan content calendars, meet deadlines, and coordinate with educators or subject matter experts.
