Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for working from home. The Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting outbound calls and emails, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team. The role involves researching target accounts, understanding their customs and logistics pain points,



and articulating how PaperEntry AI can solve operational challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with account executives to build pipelines, and following up consistently to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The individual in this role will work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and provide feedback from the market.

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
