Meta Ads Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.

* Develop campaign strategies aligned with lead generation, sales, and brand awareness objectives.

* Conduct audience research and build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

* Perform A/B testing on creatives,



copy, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.

* Track key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and prepare actionable performance reports.
